Editorial Policy

This editorial policy sets out the standards behind everything published on AI Tool Business. Our goal is accurate, useful and honest information about AI tools for work.

Editorial independence

Our recommendations are based on our own research and judgment. Vendors cannot pay for a review, a ranking position or a favourable opinion. We may earn commissions through affiliate links, but these never decide what we cover or how we rate it.

Authors and accountability

Every article has a named author. Content is written and edited by Amer Foster, who is responsible for what is published on the site.

Research and sources

  • We rely first on official vendor documentation, pricing pages and terms.
  • We link to primary sources, studies and official statements when we cite facts or data.
  • We clearly separate what we tested ourselves from what we learned from vendors or other sources. See how we review AI tools.

Use of AI in our content

We write about AI, and we may use AI tools to help with research, outlines or drafting. Every article is reviewed, fact-checked and edited by a human editor before it is published, and the author remains responsible for its accuracy.

Accuracy and updates

AI tools change fast. We check prices, plans and features when we publish, show when a page was last updated, and revisit important pages regularly.

Corrections

If we publish something inaccurate, we correct it promptly and, for significant changes, note what was changed. To report a mistake, use our contact page or email contact@aitool.business.

Sponsored content and partnerships

If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled as sponsored and kept separate from our independent reviews and rankings. Vendors may provide information or free access for testing, but they do not get to approve or edit our conclusions.

Our commitments to you

  • We tell you when a link is an affiliate link.
  • We list limitations and downsides, not only benefits.
  • We do not recommend tools we would not consider using.
  • We fix errors when we find them.
